Current Stage: Design Development

The design process began in Fall 2022. Community engagement is vital to the building and site design process, and as such, several events are planned during both design and construction to engage the community and gather feedback as the project develops. An advisory group of City officials, school administrators, and community representatives is also available as a resource to the team throughout the design and construction phases. At this time, construction is scheduled to begin in Spring 2024, for occupancy in late Summer 2025 and the start of the 2025-2026 school year. However, the timeline may evolve as the project progresses.

Community Conversation #3

Our third workshop is a forum for the community to share their feedback and preferences as the design is developed. Floor plans, site plans, design elements and precedent images will be on display. After the presentation, the floor is yours! We want to listen and understand what comments you may have on the site and building plans.
